It’s the time again to do the weekly post. I am not going to say how happy I am but I have to show this pic: This is to show all the progress I have made and how I know I am making progress even though my weight is not coming down like I want it to. These jeans are a pair I have not been able to put on since last year (2015). It was probably around the fall of last year. They are a size 12. They are true to size….not big fit. I could no longer wear them. I put them on yesterday and was ecstatic. This is why I keep on doing what I am because I know I am changing and becoming healthier everyday. By doing what I am doing, I know the weight will come off. I just have to keep doing what I am doing.

Hi all!! It’s been a great week!! I have been doing all my usual things exercising and actually eating the way I am supposed to and it shows. I have lost 2 pounds!! I know it might be a bit of a small victory considering I already was here a month ago but I made it back and now all I need to do is go further. It will happen I know 🙂
On to another subject…I am actually influencing my hubby too!!! Last week he actually go up and started exercising with me. It was great!! We has a lot of fun together doing it. Not only am I going to start feeling better but my hubby is going to be there with me. It’s an amazing feeling to see him there trying to stay healthy with me.
One other thing I know I promised you I would show you my new workout tops this week once I put them on. So here is the one I wore this week

Well with a busy week that I have been having, I slipped up. I went back to my old staple bread not because I didn’t have anything but just because it was easier. I have to break this habit. If I can break this habit I will be in a better place. I know what I have to do but I just have to remind myself everyday what I have to do. I also did eat more than I should as well. It is so easy to fall back into old ways. I did gain a couple of pounds back but to be honest I really do not know if it is that or due to swelling. I have been drinking plenty of water(96 ounces a day)and I have been exercising (between my Gazelle and Yoga)The weight gain could be due to that but I am not going to hold my breath. I am not going to beat myself up about it but I am going to really concentrate on the bread eating and portioning my food out each meal. If I can get that under control I will be able to get it all there.
On the flip side, I went out to buy some new exercise clothes because the ones I had have started to wear out. So I went to our favorite store in the world (sarcasm) and they had some Danskin tops on sale (always love a great sale). I bought me two tanks and one t-shirt…all under $10!! The thing that is better than that…I was able to get them in a MEDIUM!!!! 😀 It looks like I am doing something right despite of my slips this week. I’ll post pics next week once I start wearing them.

It is an amazing feeling when you get up in the morning and everything is new and fresh. The sun is up and the possibilities are endless. That is what I felt last week and going into this week. I know I am going to get this. I will be where I need to be.
As I said last week we’ve been doing more regarding outdoors. With the weather the way it is now, still cool but warm enough to enjoy, we got out last weekend on one of the local trails, Rainbow Mountain. You could see all the plants starting to come out of hibernation and all the early bloomers come out 🙂 Yes it is definitely spring!! I can honestly say when I started this, I probably could not have done what I did this past weekend. I am glad I have started this!!
