Fit Challenge Week 29
Well…needless to say…my weight did not change this week. There are 2 reasons that it did not that I know for a fact.
Number 1: I ate more bread then I should. I have to keep on the plan of no bread. It’s hard when almost everything around you has some kind of bread.
Number 2: I did not drink enough water. I noticed this time and times before when I did not drink enough, I don’t gain weight but I stay at a stand still.
So knowing these two things. I am going into next week headfirst. I am not going to eat any bread what so ever and I am going to go back to my 3 liters of water a day. We’ll see how it goes. See you next week!
