Southbound

I thought I’d give the one-word prompt challenge a go. Seems today’s word is SOUTH . So here is my poem “Southbound”

on the road

to points unknown

to the end of the line

who knows what I’ll find

southbound to the end

of all the railways

highways

and biways

not knowing where I’ll be

to the south

where the sun shines

and no worries

come to my mind
