Week 28 – Really?!

Ok I know I am a little late in posting this but I had a really long day yesterday and did not have a chance to do anything on here. Sorry all!!

Well needless to say I have been exercising more but again I am sort of stuck. My stats really did not change from last week. I am still doing everything I should be but I guess I just have to keep pushing. I wish I could see a the change on the outside that I feel on the inside. I know I no longer have issues with my running (I can breathe better) and I really don’t want to eat as much either (drinking more water). I feel the difference but I want to see the difference too!!! It will come I just have to be patient I guess.

My bust: 38 in

My waist: 34 in

My Hips: 39 in
