Week 23 – 25…


I am not making excuses, I am not going to say it’s alright, and I am definitely not quitting. What I am going to say is, I got sidetracked, I did eat things I should not have, I did not stick to exercising like I should have, and the end result, unfortunately I gained weight back.

Now that I have said that…what I am going to do? I am going back to what I started and will pick up on where I left off. I am posting my stats on here because I am holding myself accountable for what I did not do. So here is to a brand new year and a restart of where I left off.

My height: 5′ 7″

My weight: 187.2 lbs

My bust: 38 in

My waist: 36 in

My Hips: 39 in
